It's always funny when RUclips entrepreneurs complain about society being unhealthy, dumb and conformist. An "influencer" literally depends on 100s of 1000s of "followers". If you didn't have the conformist masses to sit back and passively watch video after video, then take out their CCs and join his program, the influencer would have no career and no business. The entire digital business model DEPENDS on a herd of passive consumers with a fantasy of changing their lives (at which most of them, statistically, will fail). It's ironic that folks like Brian Johnson @HeroicBrian don't seem to understand how dependent they actually are on the conformist public (or rather prefer not to talk about it to your face in their videos). Let's dig deeper. People are shaped by their upbringing, education, laws and role models, together with their decisions once they reach maturity. In America, society has been under attack for 50 years ever since the Reagan years. Education dismantled, jobs sent overseas, prisons filled to the brim for minor offenses, family breaking down, regulations taken apart, economic bubbles and money printing gone wild, politics just a theater no matter which party you take. The result is a society that is dumb, fat, unhealthy, depressed, getting poorer by the day, violent, promiscuous, addicted and just plain unhappy. People try their best, but the basis of healthy upbringing isn't there, especially for the poor and middle class. Who benefits from this? Sad to say that is the entrepreneur, business and billionaire class. As the first billionaire Rockefeller supposedly said, “I don’t want a nation of thinkers, I want a nations of workers.” These days it's more like "I want a nation of depressed consumers I can sell anything to." Instead of addressing the underlying causes and conditions, entrepreneurs are offering mostly band-aid solutions that don't address the real problem. Don't get me wrong, I've nothing against Brian Johnson @HeroicBrian, he seems like one of the better guys in the pack. The issue is he is so caught up in the entrepreneurial and personal success ideology that he can't see the objective reality of his situation. So you won't get real thinking here, or real philosophy, or a real critical analysis. You get a repetition of the same superficial ideas - talk about conformism. The reality is that you have to be highly conformist to become rich, because you need to sell people exactly what they want before you can make money. The true non-conformists were never millionaires or billionaires.

27:58 but nice thing about it is it has windowing effect so you go through all the problems that you need to know if you get it right once, you give a convincing lecture, check it off, you never have to go back to it again. because of the ultra efficeiency of this method of locking things in so that means the next time throgh you're just looking at the problems that you didn't check off that time
